KatieAs if Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were not already big enough, they are now adding a new line to their already expansive collection. They already have a high-end line, The Row, their sportswear collection, Elizabeth and James, and their inexpensive line at JC Penny, Olsenboye, so their new line of jeans is just another day in the life. TEXTILE Elizabeth and James is the Olsen’s new line of denim featuring three styles of jeans – inspired by 70’s music stars.
The styles are the button-fly “Stevie” (above right), the high-waisted crop flare “Joni” (above left) and the distressed bell-bottom “Hendrix.” The jeans will be available exclusively at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Intermix in March and retail for $245. The line will also include a collection of knits, blouses and tees that will follow this fall.
