Am I the only one who’s sick and tired of seeing girls in tattered-up jorts? Jorts = Jean Shorts, if you didn’t recognize the nickname. It seems that trends are making a lovely transition from beat-up grunge to prim and proper for the Spring 2010 season. Think I’m crazy for posting about shorts in the winter? You should know that there’s nothing cozier than wearing cuffed shorts with opaque or patterned tights and ballet flats for an effortlessly chic winter look. If you want to channel Blair Waldorf pair your cute shorts with a ruffled blouse, shrunken blazer and a bow headband.
