The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Keds is the classic, white, lace-up sneaker. Recently, Keds has taken a new approach to social media and sales with it’s new project “The Keds Collective“. Keds had artists, designers, musicians, and other creative master-minds take their classic canvas shoe and put their own spin on it. The results are up for sale on the Keds Collective websites, and better than that, you can design your own sneakers and sell them on the collective page! I thought this was a really cool way for Keds to modernize their brand and to give consumers an opportunity to express themselves. Definitely check out the site and buy a pair of custom made sneaks, or who knows, maybe you’ll design the most highly coveted pair!
