KatieAh, a wedding is in the air! And with that come blackmail and deception. Georgina (gag) blackmails Vanessa, Bree Buckley blackmails Carter and Lily & Rufus (as they’re about the walk down the aisle) discover that Scott is there son…all thanks to the wicked witch of the Upper East Side, of course. Whew! Drama, drama, drama. Would you expect anything less, though? In the midst of all that, and planning a wedding in a day, all of the lovely ladies of Gossip Girl looked stunning as usual. Everyone brought out the big guns for the wedding. I loved Blair’s ombre RED Valentino dress, but my favorite this week (who seems to be my favorite every week) was Serena.
Serena was stunning in this teal fall 2008 J. Mendel dress, metallic Christian Louboutin Miss Boxe wedges ($625) and finished off with MCL by Matthew Campbell bangles ($1,900). The layers of chiffon, short and long, and the corset sweetheart top all worked together to make this this beautiful gown. But remember last season’s wedding when Serena wore that ruffled yellow dress from Ralph Lauren’s fall 2008 collection?

One of my other favorites from this week was Lily’s wedding dress. Loved the color, ruffles, the dipped back and those turquoise earrings. I wish Jenny would whip one of those up for me, too!
