While shopping for my birthday outfit this weekend, I finally found my “look of the night.” At H&M, I came across a teal tiered skirt and a button-up, melon colored tank. I though I was a fashion genius when I paired these two items together. “Teal and melon/orange, who would have thought this looks good together?…and it totally does!”
It was not until my mother had said something did I realize that I was wearing the colors of the Miami Dolphins football team. Now, of course, my fabulous outfit is decked out in mesh and numbers, but these saucy colors definitely work off the field. The turquoise/teal color works as a bright alternative for a neutral and the orange pops off the teal while complementing, too.
This silk tiered skirt from H&M, $30 (but in teal) and orange button-up tank, $13 was my choice for “birthday suit.”
