Queen of posh, Victoria Beckham has long been known for her exquisite taste in fashion. Beckham is always dressed to the nines in extremely body-conscious clothing. Like other style-savvy celebrities, she translated her own taste into a clothing line. In addition to Beckham’s demin line and perfume, Victoria launched a dress line in Fall 2008. The new line by far surpasses any other endeavor she has done in the past. It is clear, Beckham put her entire heart and soul into this collection because the dresses are marvously chic! Beckham describes her collection in an interview with Women’s Wear Daily:
“Structure is an important word to use when discussing my collection. The corsets and belts that have been incorporated into my dresses have been made in such a way that they are comfortable and supportive. My clothes are designed for women from a woman’s perspective.”
Beckham’s line is reported to be available sometime in 2009 at upscale department stores such as Harrods and Bergdorf Goodman in New York City.
If Victoria’s eye for design was not already enough, check this out. Victoria’s hubby, international soccer star, David Beckham, is reported to be launching his own line of men’s sports wear. Oh la la!
